Ms. Feldman’s actual areas of concentration include the representation of clients in various aspects of real estate transactions in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential and commercial properties. Ms. Feldman has extensive experience representing foreign investors.

Her background includes over four years working as the attorney in charge of the Real Estate Department at Serber & Associates P.A. While living in Argentina, she worked over two years as a senior legal counsel at Alto Palermo S.A., one of the biggest real estate companies in Latin America. At Alto Palermo, Ms. Feldman counseled about legal implications on negotiations, new Argentinean Government legal implications and operational activities; she has also drafted leasing contracts for seven shopping malls; drafted pleas and payment agreements; handled multi million dollar debts; managed litigation between consumers and shopping malls; and developed legal framework for marketing campaigns. Ms. Feldman has also worked for over three years at an Argentinean Law Firm, Ventura & Ventura where she was responsible for adhering to court procedures, mediations and client management in Commercial Law, Civil Law and Litigation matters.
