Paul Feldman, Esq. practices all facets of real property law and institutional lending. Mr. Feldman represents clients in the acquisition. sale, financing and development of commercial, retail, land, and residential properties. He often represents clients in refinancing, negotiations and general matters. Mr. Feldman also represents sellers and purchasers of apartment buildings, fragmented condominiums, and. businesses. He has worked closely with several developers in the construction of condominium developments and the purchase and sale of land.

Mr. Feldman is a title agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. His office is active throughout the State of Florida in connection with the issuance of title insurance. Mr. Feldman's office is an approved title agent for virtually every major banking institution in the State of Florida. Mr. Feldman represents lenders including banks and borrowers in all formats of commercial and residential lending and financing including real estate based and asset based lending and construction loans.

Mr. Feldman's clients include landlords and tenants in connection with their respective property interests. He represents building owners in the leasing of their commercial, office and warehouse space, shopping centers and retail stores. He also represents individuals, corporations and businesses in the rental and sale of office and retail space and restaurants.

A native Floridian, Mr. Feldman is a graduate of University of Miami School of Business and School of Law. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and licensed to practice throughout the State.
